I created each of these two images using two different styles of Arabic calligraphy.  I used PhotoShop to arrange and present Arabic Calligraphy in different shapes.  PhotoShop allowed me to use different processes and techniques to create new shapes of the calligraphic writing.   I experimented with the technology to produce something new and original without sacrificing the integrity of the sacred writing. 

This project is important to me because it allows me to introduce my culture to the American audience.  It is my hope that  this artwork will spark interest in the traditional calligraphic works of the Arab nations.
